Breakfast at the Inn


Here at the Inn at Valley Farms we’re passionate about the morning meal.

Breakfast is a multi-course homemade affair, served in our beautiful dining room on our vast antique dining room table. Beautiful china, table linens, candlelight and fresh arrangements set the stage for what’s to come. The Inn's breakfast menu always centers around what's fresh and local, so it changes regularly with the amazing bounty found on or around our farm. Breakfast at the Inn includes baked or fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, and a variety of entrees — all made with our own pastured organic eggs and as much of our farm's own organic produce, herbs and edible flowers as possible.

Some of our guests' favorites include: Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote with fresh ginger, orange, and local cream, Baked Apples with our homemade apple cranberry granola and fresh chocolate mint, Crème Brule French Toast, Chocolate Amaretto pound cake, decadent popovers with our own homemade jams, and Swiss Chard & Leek Frittata — to name a few.


Notes: Upon request, a gourmet brown bag breakfast can be provided for early departures — or for the hiker or businessperson on the go. The dietary restrictions of our guests are happily honored with advance notice.
