Reservations can be made year-round by telephone (603.756.2855) from 8 am to 9 pm EST.

A deposit is required at the time of reservation, which can be paid by personal check if reserving by phone or MasterCard or Visa online. A deposit of one night’s lodging is required for reservations of one or two nights. For longer stays, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required. Your balance is due upon arrival. A confirmation of your reservation including directions will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
Cottage rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $35 charge per person/per day for each guest over 12 and $20 charge per child (under 12)/per day. Children under three not requiring their own bed stay free.
All room rates are subject to 9% NH Rentals tax.
Stays of two nights or more mid-week (Sunday-Thursday) enjoy 10% off your stay (total before tax), stays of 4 nights or more enjoy 15% off and week-long stays are discounted 20%. Mid-week business and extended stay rates are also available; please inquire for availability and rates. * Discounts do not apply to holiday periods, special events or fall foliage (September 15 through October 25).
Most weekend reservations require a two-night minimum stay, as do certain holidays and special events.
For the comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is allowed inside any of our buildings.
Room rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
Pack 'n Play, safety gates and booster seat available upon request at no extra charge.
Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a revised reservation or cancellation. Your deposit will be refunded in full (less a $25 processing fee) if you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your expected arrival date or 60 days for reservations of six days or longer. Should you need to cancel within that period, you will be responsible for any portion of your reservation we are unable to rebook.
A minimum cancellation fee of $25 per reserved room applies to cancellations at any time, for any reason.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m.– 6:00 p.m. We're happy to accommodate late arrivals, but please make prior arrangements with us if your travel plans necessitate an arrival later than 6 pm. Unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time for you to arrive earlier, please do not arrive before 3pm so we have time to fully prepare for your stay.
Check-out time is anytime prior to11:00 a.m.
We offer 24-hour entry/exit and plenty of free parking.
Items left behind can be mailed to you via mail at your request for the cost of postage plus $5 shipping and handling fee.
Fully utilized, the Inn rooms, cottages and vacation farmhouse can sleep twenty-eight guests and is perfect for small weddings, special events, family gatherings, group meetings, and/or educational workshops. Please inquire early to ensure availability.
Our cottages and farmhouse are available off-season for extended stays. Please inquire for rates and availability.
