Sunnyside Farmhouse Policies

 

Reservations:

 

A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required at the time of reservation, which can be paid by personal check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. Your balance is due upon arrival. A confirmation of your reservation including directions will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.

 

Rental of our self-catering farmhouse does not include breakfast or housekeeping. For more pampering accommodations, see our inn rooms or cottages.

 

Sunnyside Farmhouse rates are based on 7 night stay. There is a three night minimum stay. Call our reservation line (603-756-2855) for rate quotes for stays of more than 3 nights, but less than 7 or more than 7.

 

A onetime $150 cleaning fee applies to all farmhouse rental reservations.

 

Our grounds and accommodations surrounding the farmhouse are meant for the enjoyment of registered guests on your reservation only. Gatherings, parties, bonfires, etc. that include unregistered guests are strictly prohibited without prior permission.

 

All rental rates are subject to 9% NH Rentals tax.

 

Rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations.

 

For the comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is allowed inside any of our buildings.

 

Children of any age are welcome in Sunnyside Farmhouse. Pack 'n Play, safety gates and, booster chair available on request at no extra charge.

 

Any specials, discounts or wedding fees, if applied to your total, require payment by cash or check, not credit card.

 

Cancellations:


Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a revised reservation or cancellation. Your deposit will be refunded in full (less a $100 processing fee) if you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your expected arrival date for reservations of six days or longer or 7 days before your expected arrival date for shorter stays. Cancellations made within those periods may be charged in full unless we are able to rebook your reservation. A minimum cancellation fee of $100 applies to reservation cancellations in our farmhouse at any time, for any reason.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time for you to arrive earlier, please do not arrive before 3 p.m. so we have time to fully prepare for your stay. Check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

We offer 24-hour entry/exit and plenty of free parking. Items left behind can be mailed to you via mail at your request for the cost of postage plus $5 shipping and handling fee. Floral and gift service to complete the perfect getaway can be arranged with prior notice, please inquire.
 
Fully utilized, the Inn, cottages and farmhouse can sleep twenty-eight guests and is perfect for small weddings, special events, family gatherings, group meetings, and/or educational workshops. Please inquire early to ensure availability.
