Sunnyside:
The Vacation Farmhouse
On the first floor of the Farmhouse are a large kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and VCR/DVD players, a full bathroom, and one bedroom with a king-sized bed. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower stall.
We stock Sunnyside's kitchen with breakfast basics (milk, juice, coffee, tea, cereal) to get you started. This is a self-catering accommodation, so breakfast is not included as it is for Inn guests. Farmhouse guests do have access to both the bounty of our extensive organic gardens and to the organic eggs fresh from our pastured hens.

Sunnyside is on the property of The Inn at Valley Farms, and is a short walk to the Inn.

Weekly rates are for up to 4 persons. Additional persons, including children over 3 years old, are an additional charge of $100 per person per week.
Sunnyside weekly rentals can begin on any day of the week, but cannot include two consecutive Saturdays. If you are interested in reserving for less than a week, please see our Cottages. (Shorter stays in Sunnyside may be arranged if schedule allows. Call for rates and availability.)
Sunnyside is available for longer term rental during off-season months. Call for rates and availability.
