Our largest rental, Sunnyside Farmhouse is perfect for anyone that wants a quiet country setting while having all the comforts of home. Ideally located to explore all of southern New Hampshire and Vermont.

FARMHOUSE DETAILS

This restored farmhouse has a beautiful, sunny front porch, and an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and comfy seating to gather.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher to make preparing meals easy. Off the kitchen is a large bedroom with a king bed. A spacious laundry room completes the first floor.

There are two bathrooms. One downstairs that has a bathtub and shower. The second bathroom is upstairs with a vanity and shower stall.

At the top of the stairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed. Walk-through this bedroom to reach the third bedroom. They are separated by a curtain for privacy. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
